Ingredients

- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup minced parsley
- 2 teaspoons chopped capers
- 1/4 teaspoon oregano
- 1 lb shrimp, cooked, peeled and deveined
Recipe
- 1 mix mayonnaise, parsley, capers and oregano in a medium bowl.
- 2 add shrimp to bowl and stir to cover.
- 3 refrigerate until ready to serve.
