Shrimp In Garlic Spices

Ingredients

  • Servings: 2
  • 16 uncooked large shrimp, , tails intact (, tails intact)
  • 5 tablespoons dry wine
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/16-1/8 cup cup butter
  • 1/4 teaspoon dried basil
  • 1/4 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1/8 teaspoon ground cumin
  • salt and pepper
  • prepared rice (, to serve with shrimp)

Recipe

  • 1 cut each shrimp in half lengthwise.
  • 2 combine the wine, oil and minced garlic in a medium bowl.
