Ingredients
- 6 tablespoons olive oil
- 4 tablespoons minced garlic
- 3 cloves shallots, chopped
- 2 lbs shelled and deveined large shrimp
- 1/2-3/4 cup dry wine
- 1 1/2 cups heavy cream
- 1/2 sun-dried tomato (cut into small bites)
- 2 tablespoons parsley
- 2 tablespoons tarragon
- salt and pepper
- 1 1/2-2 lbs cooked pasta or 1 1/2-2 lbs rice, for an accompaniment
