- 1 lb lamb loin, diced
- 1 large onion, diced
- 1 teaspoon mustard powder
- 1/2 teaspoon curry powder
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 cups rice, cooked, cold
Recipe
- 1 boil rice ahead of time, and cool.
- 2 brown lamb and onion. add condiments.
- 3 combine everything and top with celery leaves and/or shrimp on top.
- 4 top each serving with a fried egg (optional).
