Nasi Goreng (micronesian Rice)

Total Time: 25 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 15 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 1 lb lamb loin, diced
  • 1 large onion, diced
  • 1 teaspoon mustard powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon curry powder
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 cups rice, cooked, cold

Recipe

  • 1 boil rice ahead of time, and cool.
  • 2 brown lamb and onion. add condiments.
  • 3 combine everything and top with celery leaves and/or shrimp on top.
  • 4 top each serving with a fried egg (optional).
