Rice And Shrimp

Total Time: 1 hr Preparation Time: 40 mins Cook Time: 20 mins

Ingredients

  • 1/2 lb sharp cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup evaporated milk
  • salt and pepper
  • 3 cups rice, cooked
  • 2 lbs shrimp, cooked
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs, buttered

Recipe

  • 1 cut cheese in small pieces; melt over hot water. gradually stir in milk, beating until smooth; then add seasonings. pour half of cheese sauce into greased casserole; place half of rice over sauce, cover with shrimp and top with remaining rice.
  • 2 pour remaining cheese sauce over all and top with crumbs; bake in 350* oven 15-20 minutes.
