Ingredients
- 8 ounces sweet rice
- 1/2 cup coconut milk
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 2 -3 drops yellow food coloring
- 1 lb shrimp, cleaned and shelled
- green onion
- 1 teaspoon seafood seasoning
Recipe
- 1 tremble (soak) sweet rice in coconut milk for one night with food coloring. steam for about 30 minutes. cut shrimp into small pieces and fry in a pan with salt, pepper and seafood seasoning. place sweet rice on a platter in the shape of a circle. place shrimp in center and garnish with green onion.
