Ingredients

- 1/4 lb butter
- 3 lbs shrimp
- 1 tablespoon salt
- 1 tablespoon minced fresh garlic clove
- 1 tablespoon dried oregano
- 1 tablespoon dried basil
- 1 tablespoon cracked black pepper
- 1 tablespoon ground nutmeg
- 1 cup wine
- 1/2 cup heavy whipping cream
- 2 tablespoons parmesan cheese
Recipe
- 1 place butter in skillet, melt over medium heat. add shrimp and saute for about 4 minutes.
- 2 add salt, garlic, oregano, basil, black pepper, nutmeg, and wine. bring to a boil for 2 to 3 minutes; remove from heat.
- 3 strain contents and remove shrimp. put liquid in skillet; add cream and parmesan. bring to a boil.
- 4 add shrimp, and let simmer for about 5 minutes.
