Ingredients

- 1 cup cottage cheese, lo fat
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1/2 cup plain yogurt, low fat
- 1/4 cup green onion, chopped
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 pinch pepper
Recipe
- 1 base dip.
- 2 add onion soup mix, parsley, basil, artichoke, dill, shrimp, crab, or curry as desired.
- 3 in blender, process cottage cheese with lemon juice until blended.
- 4 add other ingredients.
- 5 process just until mixed.
- 6 refrigerate four hours, or overnight.
