Onion Dip, Low Cal

Ingredients

  • Servings: 1
  • 1 cup cottage cheese, lo fat
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1/2 cup plain yogurt, low fat
  • 1/4 cup green onion, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 pinch pepper

Recipe

  • 1 base dip.
  • 2 add onion soup mix, parsley, basil, artichoke, dill, shrimp, crab, or curry as desired.
  • 3 in blender, process cottage cheese with lemon juice until blended.
  • 4 add other ingredients.
  • 5 process just until mixed.
  • 6 refrigerate four hours, or overnight.
