Shrimp Moska

Ingredients
- 2 lbs jumbo shrimp, raw with shells
- 5 tablespoons butter
- 1/2 cup worcestershire sauce
- 4 bay leaves
- 1 teaspoon red pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon fresh coarse ground black pepper
- 1 1/2 teaspoons salt
- 1/3 cup olive oil
- 1 teaspoon liquid smoke
- 1 teaspoon oregano
- 6 garlic cloves, chopped
- 1 pinch rosemary
- 1/4 cup dry red wine
- 1/4 cup italian dressing
Recipe
- 1 preheat oven to 450 degrees.
- 2 over a medium to low flame simmer all ingredients except the shrimp, wine and dressing for 10 minutes.
- 3 add shrimp, wine and dressing.
- 4 turn flame up to medium high.
- 5 simmer shrimp until dark red, stirring frequently (10 min approx).
- 6 remove most of the sauce from the shrimp and place shrimp in a preheadted 450 degree oven for about 10 minutes, stirring once or twice.
- 7 remove from oven, pour sauce back on shrimp, and when cool enough serve.
