Shrimp Moska

Total Time: 40 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 30 mins

Ingredients

  • 2 lbs jumbo shrimp, raw with shells
  • 5 tablespoons butter
  • 1/2 cup worcestershire sauce
  • 4 bay leaves
  • 1 teaspoon red pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon fresh coarse ground black pepper
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons salt
  • 1/3 cup olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon liquid smoke
  • 1 teaspoon oregano
  • 6 garlic cloves, chopped
  • 1 pinch rosemary
  • 1/4 cup dry red wine
  • 1/4 cup italian dressing

Recipe

  • 1 preheat oven to 450 degrees.
  • 2 over a medium to low flame simmer all ingredients except the shrimp, wine and dressing for 10 minutes.
  • 3 add shrimp, wine and dressing.
  • 4 turn flame up to medium high.
  • 5 simmer shrimp until dark red, stirring frequently (10 min approx).
  • 6 remove most of the sauce from the shrimp and place shrimp in a preheadted 450 degree oven for about 10 minutes, stirring once or twice.
  • 7 remove from oven, pour sauce back on shrimp, and when cool enough serve.
