- 1/2 cup butter
- 3 -4 cups cooked shrimp
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon finely chopped parsley
- salt
- pepper
Recipe
- 1 heat the butter and add the shrimp cooking long enough to heat through thoroughly.
- 2 remove to a hot platter.
- 3 add lemon juice to the butter and the parsley.
- 4 season with the salt and pepper to taste.
- 5 pour this over the shrimp on the platter. serve.
