- 3 tablespoons butter
- 1/2 cup chopped onion
- 1 1/2 lbs large shrimp, shelled and deveined
- 1/2 cup dry wine
- 3/4 cup cream
- 1/4 cup pesto sauce
Recipe
- 1 in large frying pan, melt butter. add onions and cook 2-3 minutes, or until softened.
- 2 add shrimp and toss to coat.
- 3 add wine and cook, stirring, until shrimp turn pink. stir in cream and pesto. cook 4-5 minutes longer.
