Low-fat Shrimp Pasta Salad

Total Time: 25 mins Preparation Time: 15 mins Cook Time: 10 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 1 1/2 cups spiral shaped pasta
  • 1/4 cup chopped green onion
  • 1/2 cup celery, sliced
  • 1/2 cup frozen peas, defrosted
  • 1 (6 ounce) can baby shrimp (i prefer the fresh)
  • 1 carrot, grated
  • 1/2 cup plain low-fat yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons low-fat mayonnaise
  • 1 teaspoon dry mustard
  • salt
  • pepper
  • garlic powder (i prefer fresh garlic)

Recipe

  • 1 cook pasta until al dente (about 8 to 10 minutes in boiling water).
  • 2 cool and rinse pasta.
  • 3 mix well with other ingredients.
  • 4 chill.
