Low-fat Shrimp Pasta Salad

Ingredients
- Servings: 4
- 1 1/2 cups spiral shaped pasta
- 1/4 cup chopped green onion
- 1/2 cup celery, sliced
- 1/2 cup frozen peas, defrosted
- 1 (6 ounce) can baby shrimp (i prefer the fresh)
- 1 carrot, grated
- 1/2 cup plain low-fat yogurt
- 2 tablespoons low-fat mayonnaise
- 1 teaspoon dry mustard
- salt
- pepper
- garlic powder (i prefer fresh garlic)
Recipe
- 1 cook pasta until al dente (about 8 to 10 minutes in boiling water).
- 2 cool and rinse pasta.
- 3 mix well with other ingredients.
- 4 chill.
