Mix Wok

Total Time: 20 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 10 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 3 tablespoons peanut oil
  • 1/2 red onion, finely chopped
  • 2 carrots, peeled and cubed
  • 1 cup zucchini, cubed
  • 1 tablespoon shredded ginger
  • 1 head garlic, finely shopped and sliced
  • 1 (8 ounce) can baby corn, drained
  • 2 cups medium shrimp, cooked and peeled
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 3 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 cup snap peas
  • 1 tablespoon cilantro, finely chopped
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup peanuts, salted and toasted
  • 1 stalk green onion, finely chopped

Recipe

  • 1 in a deep size wok add oil, add vegetables, little by little. always try to add the hardes cooking vegetables.
  • 2 add ginger, cilantro and soy sauce.
  • 3 make sure vegetables are "al dente".
  • 4 add shrimp, (can be substituted for chicken, beef or lamb, your taste).
  • 5 remove from heat.
  • 6 add peanuts, season with a little bit of black pepper and salt.
  • 7 (it will ideal with a bed of rice or the pasta of your choice).
