Shrimp With Garlic

Ingredients

- 1 (16 ounce) package uncooked barilla linguine
- 1/2 cup olive oil
- 1 cup diced red bell pepper
- 2 teaspoons minced garlic
- 1 lb medium shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1/2 cup lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
- salt and black pepper
- 2 tablespoons chopped parsley
Recipe
- 1 prepare linguine according to package directions; drain.
- 2 heat oil in large skillet over medium neat.
- 3 add bell pepper and garlic; cook 6 minutes or just until tender.
- 4 add shrimp, lemon juice, crushed red pepper, salt and black pepper; cook 10 minutes or until shrimp is pink and opaque.
- 5 sprinkle with parsley.
- 6 add shrimp mixture to cooked linguine in large bowl and toss well.
- 7 serve immediately.
