Shrimp With Linguine And Fiery Honey

Ingredients

- 1 lb jumbo shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1/4 cup freshly sqeezed lime juice
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon olive oil
- 1/4 cup butter
- 3 tablespoons honey
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
- 1 lime, zest of
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1 lb linguine, cooked
Recipe
- 1 wash the shrimp under cold water, drain, pat dry and transfer to a large bowl. add lime juice and salt, set aside. in a large sauce pan heat on medium and add the oil. cook the shrimp 2 minutes on each side, remove from pan. try to keep the shrimp warm!
- 2 in the same pan, melt the butter,stir in the honey,chile power,lime zest and pepper. add the cooked linguine and shrimp, mix well and serve hot.
