garlic shrimp with asparagus

Total Time: 30 mins Preparation Time: 15 mins Cook Time: 15 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 1/2 cups sliced asparagus
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • salt and pepper
  • 1 pinch crushed red pepper flakes
  • 1 1/2 lbs shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 1 cup dry wine
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice

Recipe

  • 1 heat oil in saute pan, add asparagus, garlic, and spices, cook for 5 minutes add shrimp, cook until shrimp turns pink.
  • 2 stir in wine and lemon juice and bring to a boil, remove from heat and serve.
