Filipino Shrimps Sauteed

Ingredients

- 2 lbs shrimp
- 2 tablespoons onions
- 2 garlic cloves
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1/2 cup mountain dew soda
- 2 teaspoons sugar
- 1 1/2 teaspoons cornstarch
- 1 tablespoon water
- 1/2 cup tomato
- 1 tablespoon oil
Recipe
- 1 put oil in skillet.
- 2 add crushed cloves garlic and finely diced onion.
- 3 peel and devein shrimp leaving tails on.
- 4 add to pan fry.
- 5 add tomato diced fine.
- 6 add sugar.
- 7 add mountain dew or sprite.
- 8 cook 5 minutes.
- 9 add cornstarch and water.
- 10 cook until thick.
