Ingredients

- 1 ounce grand marnier
- 1 cup thousand islands salad dressing
- 1/2 fresh pineapple
- 1 lb shrimp, cooked
Recipe
- 1 combine dressing and liqueur.
- 2 scoop out pineapple with a grapefruit knife and cut into pieces.
- 3 fill pineapple with the fruit pieces (small chunks) and shrimp.
- 4 pour sauce over all.
- 5 serve with toothpicks.
- 6 cooking time is chilling time.
