Sarah's Fried Rice

Ingredients
- Servings: 4
- sesame oil
- olive oil
- 2 cups rice, cooked
- 2 teaspoons beef bouillon
- 3 carrots, sliced
- 3/4 cup corn
- 1 small onion
- 1 bell pepper (red or orange)
- 2 eggs, lightly beaten
- chicken breasts, lamb (optional) or shrimp (optional)
Recipe
- 1 cook rice as directed, adding beef boullion to water.
- 2 in wok, heat oil, cook meat. set aside.
- 3 cook carrots, corn, onion, bell pepper, and eggs.
- 4 add meat to wok.
- 5 add rice to wok, stir, and heat until warm.
