Sarah's Fried Rice

Total Time: 40 mins Preparation Time: 20 mins Cook Time: 20 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • sesame oil
  • olive oil
  • 2 cups rice, cooked
  • 2 teaspoons beef bouillon
  • 3 carrots, sliced
  • 3/4 cup corn
  • 1 small onion
  • 1 bell pepper (red or orange)
  • 2 eggs, lightly beaten
  • chicken breasts, lamb (optional) or shrimp (optional)

Recipe

  • 1 cook rice as directed, adding beef boullion to water.
  • 2 in wok, heat oil, cook meat. set aside.
  • 3 cook carrots, corn, onion, bell pepper, and eggs.
  • 4 add meat to wok.
  • 5 add rice to wok, stir, and heat until warm.
