Ingredients

- 6 jumbo shrimp
- 1 fresh lime, in slices
- 1 ounce butter
- 2 tablespoons of cambray onions, diced
- 1/3 cup sour cream
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
- 1 pinch pepper
Recipe
- 1 clean the shrimps, put them on the butter with the onion, salt and pepper in a skillet.
- 2 add the lime slices, fry till the shrimp is barely cooked through and take them off the flame.
- 3 add the sour cream and serve.
