- 3 tablespoons butter
- 1 lb shrimp, peeled & deveined (21-25 count)
- 1/4 cup bourbon
- 1/4 cup heavy cream
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
Recipe
- 1 melt butter in skillet. add shrimp and saute until pink.
- 2 splash shrimp with bourbon and remove to a dish to keep warm.
- 3 add cream to skillet, scraping bottom; add salt. heat over medium heat and pour sauce over shrimp.
- 4 serve immediately.
