Gristmill Inn Bourbon Shrimp

Total Time: 25 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 15 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 3 tablespoons butter
  • 1 lb shrimp, peeled & deveined (21-25 count)
  • 1/4 cup bourbon
  • 1/4 cup heavy cream
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

Recipe

  • 1 melt butter in skillet. add shrimp and saute until pink.
  • 2 splash shrimp with bourbon and remove to a dish to keep warm.
  • 3 add cream to skillet, scraping bottom; add salt. heat over medium heat and pour sauce over shrimp.
  • 4 serve immediately.
