Ingredients

• 1 (8 ounce) can button mushrooms
• 1 medium onion, chopped
• 1 (4 ounce) can deveined shrimp
• 1/2 teaspoon dry mustard
• 1/2 cup olive salad oil
• 2 small bay leaves
• 1/4 cup sugar
• 1 teaspoon salt
• 1/2 cup lemon juice
• 1/4 teaspoon pepper
• 2 garlic cloves, halved

Recipe

• 1 drain mushrooms and shrimp.
• 2 combine remaining ingredients in covered quart jar and shake to mix well.
• 3 add mushrooms and shrimp refrigerate 24 hours.
• 4 drain and discard garlic. serve.
