Ingredients

- 1 lb shrimp, cooked and shelled
- 1 (12 ounce) package edamame, shelled
- 3 -4 green onions
- 1 cup whole grains and sesame pilaf mix, like kashi
- 1/2 lemon, juiced
- 2 teaspoons olive oil
- 2 dashes tabasco sauce
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
- fresh ground pepper
- 1/4 cup low-fat cheddar cheese, grated
Recipe
- 1 cook the edamame in the microwave. toss the first nine ingredients together.
- 2 garnish with grated cheese.
