Ranch Deviled Eggs With Creole Shrimps #rsc

Ingredients

  • 16 medium shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 2 teaspoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon creole seasoning
  • 8 hard-cooked eggs
  • 1/4 cup plain greek yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon hidden valley original ranch seasoning mix
  • 2 teaspoons dijon mustard
  • 2 tablespoons chopped chives

Recipe

  • 1 preheat broiler. toss shrimps with olive oil, lemon juice and creole seasoning. spread shrimps mixture in single layer on a baking sheet. broil for 3 minutes, turning halfway through, or until opaque.
  • 2 halve eggs; place egg whites on a plate. put egg yolks in a medium bowl; mash with potato masher. stir in yogurt, ranch seasoning mix, mustard and 1½ tablespoons chives.
  • 3 spoon egg yolk mixture into egg cavities; top each with shrimp and garnish with remaining chives.
