Shrimp Remoulade

Total Time: 40 mins Preparation Time: 20 mins Cook Time: 20 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 8
  • 2 lbs shrimp, boiled, peeled and deveined
  • 1 cup salad oil
  • 4 tablespoons hellman's dijonnaise mustard
  • 2 teaspoons horseradish
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 4 green onions, chopped
  • 4 stalks celery, chopped
  • 4 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
  • 4 teaspoons paprika
  • 2 ounces worcestershire sauce

Recipe

  • 1 combine all ingredients and refrigerate. arrange shrimp on a bed of lettuce.
  • 2 and pour sauce on top. serves 8.
