Ingredients

- 2 lbs shrimp, boiled, peeled and deveined
- 1 cup salad oil
- 4 tablespoons hellman's dijonnaise mustard
- 2 teaspoons horseradish
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 4 green onions, chopped
- 4 stalks celery, chopped
- 4 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
- 4 teaspoons paprika
- 2 ounces worcestershire sauce
Recipe
- 1 combine all ingredients and refrigerate. arrange shrimp on a bed of lettuce.
- 2 and pour sauce on top. serves 8.
