Shrimp Salsa

Total Time: 2 hrs 30 mins Preparation Time: 30 mins Cook Time: 2 hrs

Ingredients

  • 1/3 lb cooked shrimp, well drained, and cut into small pieces
  • 3 chopped green onions
  • 3 chopped roma tomatoes or 2 tomatoes, chopped
  • 5 chopped fine radishes
  • 4 teaspoons fresh lime juice
  • 1 diced jalapeno
  • 1 cup medium prepared salsa
  • 3 -4 tablespoons chopped cilantro
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 dash black pepper
  • 1 minced garlic clove
  • 1 avocado, cut into small pieces (optional)

Recipe

  • 1 mix all of the items together, except avocado. refrigerate 2 to 3 hours to blend flavors. add avocado, when ready to serve. otherwise the avocado breaks down into the salsa.
