- 1 lb shrimp, raw
- 1/2 cup onion, diced
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon pepper
- 1 egg
Recipe
- 1 boil shrimp 3-5 min in salted water.
- 2 drain, peel and chop.
- 3 mix together shrimp, onion, and spices.
- 4 add egg and stir well.
- 5 fry dollops in 1/2" oil.
- 6 drain and serve with sweet and sour sauce or apricot jam.
