- 2 lbs tiny baby shrimp
- 2 (10 ounce) cans rotel
- 3 avocados, cut into small pieces
- 1/2 cup italian salad dressing
- 1/2 lime, juice of
- 1 small onion, chopped
- chopped cilantro
- salt
- serve with tostitos scoops
Recipe
- 1 rinse the shrimp.
- 2 mix all ingredients except avocado in a bowl.
- 3 let the mixture chill for several hours to overnight.
- 4 add the avocado just before serving.
- 5 serve with tostitos scoops.
