Shrimp Salsa

Total Time: 15 mins Preparation Time: 15 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 20
  • 2 lbs tiny baby shrimp
  • 2 (10 ounce) cans rotel
  • 3 avocados, cut into small pieces
  • 1/2 cup italian salad dressing
  • 1/2 lime, juice of
  • 1 small onion, chopped
  • chopped cilantro
  • salt
  • serve with tostitos scoops

Recipe

  • 1 rinse the shrimp.
  • 2 mix all ingredients except avocado in a bowl.
  • 3 let the mixture chill for several hours to overnight.
  • 4 add the avocado just before serving.
  • 5 serve with tostitos scoops.
