Lemon Chili Shrimp Skewers

Ingredients
- Servings: 4
- 40 large shrimp, peeled
- 5 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
- 3 tablespoons limes
- 1 lime, zest of
- 1 tablespoon frank's red hot sauce
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 2 teaspoons chili flakes
- 1 teaspoon old bay seasoning
- salt and pepper
Recipe
- 1 combine all ingredients in a glass bowl and marinade for at least 30 mins - the longer the shrimp bathe in the marinade - the better.
- 2 skewer the shrimp leaving a reasonable amount of space between them for even cooking.
- 3 preheat your grill -
- 4 cook on indirect heat for approximately 15 mins turning once . the indirect heat allows you to cook the shrimp longer without drying out.
- 5 serve.
