Ingredients
- Servings: 4
- 1 lb shrimp (large cooked)
- 4 ounces mango chutney (bought or homemade)
- cilantro leaf (as many as you have shrimp)
Recipe
- 1 place some of the chutney in the bottom of a chinese soup spoon.
- 2 place a shrimp on top.
- 3 place a cilantro leaf on top.
- 4 place spoons on a large platter then sit back and listen to the raves.
