- 1/2 teaspoon ground turmeric
- 1 tablespoon brown sugar
- 1 1/2 tablespoons grated fresh ginger

- 12 large shelled green shrimp
Recipe
- 1 mix spice and oil.
- 2 stir in shrimp and marinate at least 1 hour.
- 3 saute in non stick pan or grill on bbq.
- 4 serve with lime wedges.
