Ingredients

- 1 (8 ounce) can water chestnuts
- 1/2 cup flour
- 1 egg, slightly beaten
Recipe
- 1 chop the shrimp and chestnuts.
- 2 mix all ingredients together and shape into balls.
- 3 fry in hot oil until brown.
- 4 serve with duck sauce.
