Korean Marinade For Meat (for Up To 5 Pds. Of Meat)

Total Time: 25 mins Preparation Time: 15 mins Cook Time: 10 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 5
  • 1 cup soy sauce
  • 1 cup water
  • 1/2 cup honey
  • 1/2 cup chopped green onion
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil (or any other oil)
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 tablespoon accent seasoning or 1/2 tablespoon msg (optional, but better with)
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder (or less to taste)

Recipe

  • 1 if using roast, slice paper-thin.
  • 2 pour marinade over meat.
  • 3 if using any kind of beef, let soak overnight room temperature.
  • 4 (the salt content from the soy sauce keeps beef from going bad).
  • 5 if using any kind of chicken, lamb, ribs, or shrimp,refrigerate for up to 24 hours in fridge, then cook.
  • 6 can cook on grill, bake, broil, quick panfry.
