- 24 ounces frozen cauliflower (or 1 head of fresh)
- 3 tablespoons butter
- salt and pepper
- 3 ounces cream cheese
- 3/4 cup cheddar cheese
- 3/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 ounces chopped bacon
- 1 cup sliced mushrooms
- 2 ounces thinly sliced sun-dried tomatoes packed in oil (about 4 tomatoes)
- 2 teaspoons lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon minced garlic
- 1/2 cup dry wine
- 1 lb peeled shrimp
