Hot Seafood Mexican Dip

Total Time: 10 mins Preparation Time: 5 mins Cook Time: 5 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 2 lbs velveeta cheese
  • 2 (6 ounce) cans small shrimp, drained
  • 2 (6 ounce) cans crabmeat, drained and flaked
  • 3/4 cup tomato sauce
  • 1/4 cup dry sherry

Recipe

  • 1 melt cheese carefully in double boiler over very low heat.
  • 2 add peppers to taste, tomato sauce, and sherry.
  • 3 add seafood.
  • 4 serve hot with tortilla chips.
