Sheila's Batter For Clams, Shrimp, Scallops, Onion Rings

Ingredients
- Servings: 2
- 1 egg
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1 cup flour, i use gold medal
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 3/4 cup milk
Recipe
- 1 add salt and pepper to flour and baking powder.
- 2 mix egg and milk together.
- 3 combine all, and mix well.
- 4 dip seafood in batter, and then deep fry in hot oil, at 350, until seafood is no longer opague color in the middle, and/or batter is a golden brown, approximately 3-5 minutes.
- 5 drain on paper towels, and serve hot.
