Ingredients

- 6 -8 deshelled large shrimp
- 3 tablespoons peanut oil
- 1 teaspoon chopped green chili
- 1 tablespoon minced garlic
- 2 tablespoons tomato sauce
- 2 tablespoons vinegar
- 3 tablespoons light soy sauce
- 2 teaspoons cornstarch (cornflour)
- 1/2 cup spring onion, whites (chopped)
- 1/2 cup green onion (chopped)
- 1 cup bean sprouts
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- 1 teaspoon lighlty roasted sesame seeds
Recipe
- 1 heat oil in a wok saute green chillies n garlic for a few seconds.
- 2 add spring onion whites
- 3 add prawns and conntinue stirring.
- 4 add vinegar ,tomato sauce and soy sauce.
- 5 add cornflour starch toss in greens of spring onion and bean sprouts
- 6 drizzle sesame oil over it stirring all the while
- 7 cook for 30 seconds.
- 8 sprinkle sesame seeds n serve hot with noodles or rice.
