- 1 lb lemon pepper fettuccine pasta
- 1/2 lb peeled uncooked shrimp
- 1/4 lb snow peas
- 1 red pepper, cut into thin slices
- 1/3 cup olive oil
Recipe
- 1 boil pasta.
- 2 while pasta is cooking, saute shrimp for 2-3 minutes in olive oil in skillet.
- 3 add snow peas and red pepper, and saute for another 3-4 minutes.
- 4 toss with pasta and serve.
