Pasta With Tomato, Avocado, And Shrimp

Ingredients
- Servings: 4
- 4 ripe tomatoes, diced
- 1/2 lb cooked shrimp, diced
- 1 tablespoon fresh basil, chopped
- 1 large garlic clove, finely diced
- 1/2 cup olive oil
- 1 ripe avocado, diced
- salt and pepper
- 1 lb pasta (i like linguine)
Recipe
- 1 combine all ingredients except pasta in a large bowl.
- 2 toss with the olive oil.
- 3 salt and pepper to taste.
- 4 set aside let rest at room temperature until you fix the pasta.
- 5 when pasta is ready, toss with the sauce and serve immediately.
- 6 serve with your favorite wine.
