If Shrimp Had Wings (they'd Be Buffalo)

Total Time: 12 mins Preparation Time: 6 mins Cook Time: 6 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 lb shrimp, peeled and deviened
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 cup frank's red hot sauce
  • 2 tablespoons chicken stock
  • 2 tablespoons heavy cream

Recipe

  • 1 heat olive oil in large skillet over medium heat.
  • 2 season the shrimp with salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
  • 3 add to skillet.
  • 4 saute for 3 to 5 minutes or until the shrimp just turn pink.
  • 5 add the hot sauce and chicken stock,.
  • 6 cook for another minute.
  • 7 remove from heat and add heavy cream.
  • 8 serve immediately and enjoy!
