Shrimp Butter

Ingredients
- 3/4 lb boiled shrimp, peeled
- 1 hard-cooked egg, coarsely chopped
- 1 (3 ounce) cream cheese, softened
- 1/4 chopped onion
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon pepper
- 1/8 teaspoon worcestershire sauce
- assorted cracker
Recipe
- 1 position knife blade in food processor; add shrimp and remaining ingredients. process until smooth. adjust salt and pepper.
- 2 line a 2 cup mold or bowl with plastic wrap, allowing wrap to hang over rim at least 2 inches. spoon butter into mold; chill at least 4 hours.
- 3 invert mold on seving plate. let stand 20-30 minutes. smooth surface with knife if necessary.
- 4 serve with assorted crackers.
