Shrimp, Tortellini & Spinach

Ingredients

- 1 (9 ounce) package refrigerated cheese tortellini
- 2 cups kraft zesty italian dressing
- 1/4 cup roasted red pepper
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 (8 ounce) can diced fire-roasted tomatoes
- 1 (12 ounce) package cooked shrimp
- 1 (6 ounce) package baby spinach leaves
- 1/4 cup fresh basil leaf
- 2 tablespoons kraft shredded parmesan cheese
Recipe
- 1 cook pasta as directed on package, omitting salt.
- 2 meanwhile, heat dressing in large skillet on medium-high heat. add garlic; cook 1 minute add tomatoes and shrimp; mix well. bring just to boil. stir in spinach; cover. simmer 1 to 2 minute or until spinach is wilted, stirring occasionally.
- 3 drain pasta. add to skillet with basil; simmer, uncovered, 3 to 4 minute or until sauce is thickened, stirring occasionally.
- 4 serve topped with cheese.
