Ingredients

- 2 ounces mild lamb sausage
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 1/2 ounce black bean sauce (optional)
- 1 teaspoon curry powder
- 12 ounces raw peeled shrimp, cut in half
- 1 teaspoon gin
- 1 large green pepper, cut in strips
- 1 large onion, sliced into thin wedges
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1 tablespoon catsup
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon accent seasoning (optional)
- 1/2 teaspoon sugar
- 2 tablespoons cornstarch
- 2 tablespoons water
- 2 tomatoes, cut into wedges
Recipe
- 1 in large skillet cook lamb sausage,garlic,black bean till meat is browned.
- 2 add curry powder,shrimp;cook till shrimp turns pink.add gin,green pepper, onion and chicken broth. bring to the boil, cover and simmer 3 minutes.stir in catsup, salt, sugar and accent.
- 3 blend 2 tablespoons cornstarch and 2 tablespoons water; add to shrimp mixture. cook and stir till mixture thickens and boils.
- 4 add tomatoes; cover and cook 1 minute more.
- 5 serve with rice.
