Quick Shrimp Salad For One.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups torn lettuce
  • 3 ounces cooked shrimp
  • 1/2 cup steamed snow peas
  • 2 tablespoons catalina dressing (or any french dressing)
  • 1/4 cup chow mein noodles

Recipe

  • 1 top lettuce with shrimp and snow peas.
  • 2 drizzle with dressing and sprinkle with noodles.
