Ingredients
- 1 lime, juiced
- 1/2 teaspoon ginger, fresh grated
- 1 garlic clove, crushed
- 1 tablespoon chili oil
- 1 lb tiger shrimp, deveined
Recipe
- 1 mix together juice, ginger and garlic, pour over shrimp and marinate for 1/2 hour. preheat oil in skillet, medium heat. pour shrimp, with marinade, into pan and sautee for 5-10 minutes, until sauce thickens. serve as is or over rice.
