Honey Bagoong Chicken Wings

Ingredients

- 8 chicken wings
- 1/4 cup bagoong, alamang or 1/4 cup shrimp sauce
- 3 tablespoons honey
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- cooking oil
- 1/4 cup honey
- 2 teaspoons bagoong, alamang or 2 teaspoons shrimp sauce
- 1 tablespoon water
Recipe
- 1 marinate wings in a mixture of shrimp sauce and honey, at least 30 minutes, but longer is preferred.
- 2 to make the glaze, cook honey, shrimp sauce and water until syrupy.
- 3 coat the wings in flour and shake off excess; fry 8-10 minutes in hot oil, then drain on paper toweling.
- 4 drizzle with syrup.
