Fresh Prawns With Sweet Sauce

Ingredients
- 1 lb fresh prawns, with shells deveined and cleaned
- 1/3 cup soy sauce
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/3 cup sherry wine
- 4 green onions, chopped
- 1 piece ginger, chopped (thumb size)
- 6 tablespoons oil
Recipe
- 1 mix soy sauce, sherry, sugar, green onions and ginger; set aside.
- 2 heat oil in frying pan until hot.
- 3 stir-fry prawns for 4 minutes or until all prawns turn pink.
- 4 add sauce mixture; bring to boil.
- 5 serve hot as part of a chinese meal.
