- 1/2 cup butter or 1/2 cup oleo
- 1 cup chopped green onion
- 1 cup chopped bell pepper
- 1 cup chopped onion
- 3 cloves garlic
- 4 cans mushroom soup
- 1 can diced ro-tel tomatoes
- 3 lbs shrimp
Recipe
- 1 melt butter or oleo in larger skillet and saute onion and bell pepper.
- 2 add soups, tomatoes and shrimp.
- 3 simmer for 20 minutes.
- 4 server over cooked rice or pasta.
