Shrimp & Garlic W/ Wine

Ingredients
- 1/4 cup butter
- 3 garlic cloves, finely chopped
- 1 1/2 lbs large shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- fresh ground pepper
- 1/4 cup dry wine
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 3 tablespoons fresh parsley
- parsley sprig, for garnish
Recipe
- 1 in a large skillet over medium heat, melt butter. add garlic and saute 2 minutes. add shrimp and saute until shrimp turn pink and curl, 2-3 minutes. season with salt and pepper and remove to a warm platter. add wine and lemon juice to skillet, bring to a boil, and boil for 1 minute. reduce heat, return shrimp and parsley to pan, and heat through. transfer to serving platter, garnish with parsley sprigs and serve at once.
