Grilled Chili Shrimp Skewers

Total Time: 2 hrs 15 mins Preparation Time: 15 mins Cook Time: 2 hrs

Ingredients

  • Servings: 6
  • 1/2 cup parsley, finely chopped
  • 1/3 cup wine vinegar
  • 1/3 cup chili sauce
  • 2 tablespoons worcestershire sauce
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 1 tablespoon fresh ginger, grated
  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • 1/8 teaspoon hot pepper sauce
  • 2 lbs medium shrimp, shelled and deveined

Recipe

  • 1 in a large bowl, mix all the ingredients well, except the shrimp, to make a marinade.
  • 2 add the shrimp; stir to evenly coat.
  • 3 cover and refrigerate for 2 hours.
  • 4 drain shrimp, discarding marinade.
  • 5 thread 6 shrimp each on wooden skewers that have been soaking in cold water for 20 minutes.
